variations of the kit have a small trinket (I.e. small bone tooth, wooden feathers, antler buttons, stone beads, etc.) that you can choose to sew on your pouch.
This is a pocket style of pouch my grandfather taught me but it is small enough it can be worn as a necklace as well.
